SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Due to a lot of fraudulent activities when paying with a credit card we will ask for identification to approve that the cardholder authorized this payment. We will email you with guidelines to follow such as: Identification (State, Permit, or Passport) of the card holder you've paid with and a picture of the card you paid with. All important information can be covered on both ID/CARD leaving the names, address, and last 4 digits on the card available. We are not asking for anymore information that was not already submitted to the website. Please note that if emails are not responded to within the time frame giving, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

2. Delivery Location
Any shipments outside of the U.S are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed. For standard shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-6 business days of the date of your order. For Express shipping your order will be fulfilled within 2-4 Business days. We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions
Please remember to list your apartment #during check out. If you notice your apartment number or address is incorrect before you've a tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@goldenallurehair.co. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

8. No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at: customerservice@goldenallurehair.co with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures of the item you consider defective at customerservice@goldenallurehair.co If you've already used your purchase for an install then find an issue you've consider to be defective, you can receive up to 50% partial refund depending if the owner agrees or feel the issue was on Golden Allure's behalf.

9. Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after 24HRS
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
